How to track your international order via standard shipping?

All international deliveries are shipped through DHL eCommerce and comes with a tracking number. These parcels do not include signature on delivery.
All international deliveries are tendered to local postal services once it enters the destination country.
Prior to your parcels arrival in your destination country, you can use DHL to track your order. Once the parcel has arrived in your destination country you will need to use your local postal service tracking services to track your parcel to your desired address. 


Last mile delivery is via Aramex New Zealand. Please use your tracking number to track your parcel via your local Aramex tracking website.


Please note: Your tracking number is updated when your parcel arrives in Taiwan. If you'd like to track your parcel prior to its arrival in Taiwan you will need to contact our Customer Service team via receive an alternative tracking number. 

How to track your international express order?

International Express orders are shipped via DHL Express and require signature upon delivery.
You can track your International Express order in its entirety by searching your tracking number on the DHL Express website.

International Express orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days.

FAQ's for shipping & delivery

I'm having trouble tracking my order. What can I do?

If you are having trouble tracking your order with DHL or Australia Post try tracking your parcel via Parcels App with your provided tracking number. If you are unable to find your parcel via the Parcels App website please contact our Customer Service team via email at to lodge an enquiry.

Will I be charged duties & taxes?

International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website.

It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Can I update my order / address?

If you entered the wrong address at the time of placing your order or would like to amend the items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email with your order number.

Please double check that all address and billing details are entered correctly at the time of check out as we are not liable to replace or resend your parcel if the shipment is returned to sender due to wrong address entered.

For Domestic Orders: If a tracking number has already been issued for your order, a $15 ''return to sender'' fee and a further $15 postage fee will be incurred.

For International Orders: We are unable to reroute shipments once they have been shipped.

What happens if I pre-order items and in stock items

For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.

Australian customers - If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.

International customers - All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-order items are in stock.   

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We offer returns for all change of mind orders within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team via email immediately if you would like to lodge a return.

 - Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items, you'll automatically be issued a refund/credit for any returned items. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you'll need to place a new order.
  - All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return
